Ilalian eyewear maker Luxottica Group S.P.A. has purchased Oakley, Inc in an all cash deal valued at $2.1 billion. I had no idea that Oakley was worth that much. Read more here. I remember the days that oakley frogskins were the in thing. Now, I guess it’s just Oakley that’s the in thing.
