I recently read about the Oakley guy James Jannard who decided to make digital high-resolution video cameras used for cinema productions. The camera is called the Red One and is making waves out in the Hollywood. The superior quality of the camera and price, combine to make most other cameras obsolete. The price of the camera is around $18k, which sounds like a lot, but compared to around $150k for Sony F23. It’s a bargain. I would assume it’s just a matter of time before some of the bigger skate companies grab a hold of a Red One and put it to the test. Take a look at the sample video below.
