You値l lead the development of strategic marketing plans and briefs, as well as completing the fieldwork/research needed for the plans. You値l be the lead informer and communicator on all the details, decision-making and progress on key assigned initiatives. Furthermore, you値l lead the categorical and seasonal event execution and evaluation to ensure excellence with functional and regional groups. You値l establish tangible business objectives and monitor results. You値l allocate and align resources to achieve business objectives. You値l also develop and lead marketing plans for category-relevant athletes and teams in conjunction with Sports Marketing. You値l lead the team’s development of strategy, implementation and evaluation of plans for both category and seasonal marketing initiatives. You値l contribute to the definition of Action Sports marketing strategies that support the broader Brand plan. Moreover, you値l lead the integrated marketing process. You値l participate in the creation of seasonal product outlines that detail all key products for Action Sports. You値l identify and communicate the strategic relevance of product insights in the evolution of the Brand. In addition, you値l develop and manage the budget for key initiatives and develop, manage and operationalize short-term goals critical to the business unit’s success.
